Cancellation, changes, and no-show policies

• Cancellation policy depend on the dates of your stay. This policy is shown before completing your reservation.
• Changes to your reservation are subject to the hotel’s availability.
• Marboka Hotel & Suites reserves the right to charge your debit/credit card with a fee equal to a set number of booked nights.

Cancellation fees are based on the season: 

• General cancellation policy: *Free cancellation 72 hrs before arrival. If you cancel later or in case of no show, only the 1st night will be charged to the guest’s card.
• High season cancellation policy: * Free cancellation 16 days before arrival. If you cancel later or in case of no show, 100% of the total of your stay will be charged.
• Exact payment dates / charges to card will be shown before completing your reservation online.
• Exact policy applying to the guest will be shown before completing a reservation.
